Description

This disposable N95 particulate respirator is designed to provide workers with consistent respiratory protection against non-oil based particles.

The 3M™ Particulate Respirator 8200/07023 (AAD), N95 is a low-cost, disposable particulate respirator that is meant to provide at least 95% filtration efficiency against certain non-oil-based particles. Particles from grinding, sanding, sweeping, cutting, bagging, or processing minerals, coal, iron ore, flour, metal, wood, pollen, and some other substances are suitable for usage with this respirator. It can also be used to describe liquid or non-oil-based particles emitted by sprays that don’t produce oil aerosols or vapors. This respirator can also assist to limit inhalation exposures to some biological particles in the air (for example, mold, Bacillus anthracis, and Mycobacterium tuberculosis), but it cannot completely remove the risk of infection, illness, or disease.

This particulate respirator is NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for non-oil based particle environments and has a filter efficiency of at least 95%.
